Radardue

Privacy Policy

Last updated 12 October 2026

This policy explains what Radardue (radardue.com) collects and why. Radardue is run by an independent software developer based in Indonesia. Contact: hello@radardue.com.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to run the Service: performing checks, sending alerts, providing support and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in, and a first-party cookie that remembers which website or campaign referred you (for example "news.ycombinator.com") for 30 days, so we can tell which channels bring sign-ups.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the Service, such as our hosting provider, email delivery provider, payment partner, and the chat or webhook services you choose to send alerts to.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export everything as CSV and delete your account at any time from the Account page; deletion is immediate, and backups roll off within 7 days. We keep records only where the law requires it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and access to servers is restricted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@radardue.com.
